You’ll find Zelle® inside your Online Banking or Mobile Banking App, located within the Bill Pay section.

Cranberry Pay
A fast, secure, and convenient way to pay your Cranberry FCU loans.
We’re excited to introduce Cranberry Pay, a new mobile-friendly tool that makes paying your loan or credit card simple and stress-free.
How Cranberry Pay Works
Members will now receive a text reminder a few days before their Cranberry FCU Loan or Credit Card payment is due. Just tap the secure link in the message to complete your payment instantly—no login or branch visit required.
You can also make a one-time payment anytime by clicking the “Make a Payment” button at the top of our website.
Fees & Options
A $10 convenience fee applies when using Cranberry Pay for one-time payments.
No convenience fee when setting up recurring debit transactions.

Free Payment Options
ACH Payments
Login into your Online Banking Profile
Go to the transfers tab
Under Services, on the right side, select ACH Transfer In or ACH Transfer Out
Choose which Cranberry FCU account type you want to transfer in or out of
Fill in the sending or receiving institution’s account number and routing number
If making a one-time payment, select the date it should occur
If you are making a recurring payment, click the recurring payment button. Then choose the date of the first transfer and the transfer frequency.
*ACH Origination has a fee of $5 for next day transfers and $10 for same day. The fee is waived for incoming loan payments
Bill Pay
Login into the Online Banking Platform
Go to Pay Bills page
Choose Pay Bills Option
Add Biller, this can be a company or an individual
You must have their name, account number, mailing address, and phone number
BillPay can be one-time or recurring
Mobile App/Online Banking
Log in to the Cranberry FCU mobile app or online banking.
Select Transfers from the main menu.
Choose the account you’d like to transfer from (checking or savings).
Select your loan as the account you’re transferring to.
Enter the payment amount and review the details.
Confirm the transfer to complete your payment.
Mobile Deposit
Log in to the Cranberry FCU mobile app.
Select Deposit Checks from the menu.
Choose the account you want to deposit into.
Enter the check amount.
Endorse the back of the check and write “For Mobile Deposit Only at Cranberry FCU.”
Take clear photos of the front and back of the check.
Review your information and submit the deposit.
Keep the check until the deposit has fully posted.
